Wherever you are at, whatever you are facing, reaching out for

help is one of the wisest things you can do. You do not need to go

through this alone.

My passion and purpose as a therapist is helping individuals and

couples move from feeling stuck in damaging relational patterns

or behaviors. I work with clients to first recognize then

communicate their needs and feelings in ways which promote a

more functional and fulfilling life, both personally and

professionally.

I often see couples who have

waited to seek counseling until

their relationship is in crisis

due to chronic lack of attention

and / or due to an affair. This is

rife for intensity in the

counseling room. Utilizing a directive, compassionate approach, I

guide couples into empathic interactions leading to a safe and

secure loving attachment.

There is nothing quite like the transformational experience of a

couple who enters therapy emotionally cut off or at war with each

other, yet after much relational work are now deeply connected,

committed and equipped to endure, or likewise, when an

individual has that joyful expression of newly realized freedom.

She is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and is a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) and the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC). She is also certified as an advanced Lifespan Integration Therapist.
